- SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. The USACE Memphis District intends to sole source this requirement to Xerox Corp. The requirement is for the purchase and installation of a Nuvera 120 Copier/Printer, that includes operating software, ethercon, imposition l icense, insertion module, multifunction pro finisher. Also incuded is a three (3) month extended warranty, customer education & analyst support, and free delivery, installation, and removal of old machine. Xerox is the only supplier that manufactures/sel ls this machine.
