Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration, Office of Acquisition Management, Arlington, VA has a requirement for the acquisition of following items: System Controllers, ScenarioFlex Base Software, ScenarioFlex Fast Scan Software, ScenarioFlex Standard Modulation Classifier, and ScenarioFlex Subcarrier Detention Module. This requirement is anticipated to be a sole source purchase order to SystemWare, Inc., located at 325 E Hillcrest Dr. #100, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360 in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 253(c). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541512. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities by responding to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.
