Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Notice of Intent to award as a sole source requirement to Surefire, LLC for ?Beast Lights? (P/N B1R-BK) to be used by field agents and officers. CBP intends to solicit only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals; however, prospective contractors who believe they can successfully propose must provide specific detailed technical documentation to support such claims and abilities. No award will be made on the basis of any proposal or other information received in response to this notice, as this is a notification of intent to acquire and not a request for proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any proposals should be sent to contract specialist by fax or e-mail listed below (e-mail preferred). See Number Note 22.
