Description: DISA/DITCO-Scott is anticipating issuing a four-month extension (01 Nov 05 - 28 Feb 06) to Technology Advancement Group (TAG) to allow time to prepare and award a new contract which combines three orders we currently have ongoing. This contract extension will provide for continued non-personal support services for the Operational Support Team at DISA DECC Mechanicsburg, PA. This requirement is in support of obtaining network availability twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week to ensure that existing networks and network-related software are available to customers whenever needed, minimize downtime, and use a continuous improvement approach to reach network availability comparable to the best industry standards.
