Description: DISA/DITCO-Scott is anticipating issuing a four-month extension (01 Nov 05 - 28 Feb 06) to RGII Technologies, Inc to allow time to prepare and award a new contract, which combines three orders we currently have ongoing. This contract extension will provide for continued non-personal support services for the Operational Support Team at DISA DECC Mechanicsburg, PA. This requirement is in support help desk problem management and customer service operations on first, second, and third shifts, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, and provides remedial and technical support to users.
