- Provide Oximetry Finger Sensors on an on demand, as needed basis, for the VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417, in accordance with the Requirements, Schedule of Items, and Specifications of solicitation RFQ 618-83-06. EVALUATION SAMPLES ? One (1) non-sterile evaluation sample is required and must be received prior to or on the offer due date. See IMPORTANT sample requirements in solicitation documents. NIACS 339112, 500 employees. Solicitation documents available September 26, 2005 with offers due at 4:30 p.m. CT, Wednesday, October 26, 2005. Contract effective date estimated to be November 15, 2005 for the balance of the fiscal year (through September 30, 2006), with 4 option years. Set-aside 100% for small business.
