- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This procurement is set for total HUB-zone business concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 443111, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase contract for the required supplies. Item 001: Range, Restaurant, Gas 60? Vulcan Hart Model 260, 6 26,000 BTU Open Burners with black porcelain top grates and burner heads, 24? griddle/broiler, 2 standard ovens with 1 rack each. Stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and high shelf. 6? legs, and 1? rear gas with regulator. Total 256,000 BTU. With 1 each Dormont brand gas connector kit model number 16100kit48 1? inside diameter, 48? long with coiled restraining device, full port gas valve and 90-degree street elbow. Quantity: 1 each. Item 002: Proofer/Heater Cabinet (Mobile, Reach-in). Metro brand model number C175-C4N Proofing/Holding combination. Mobile Cabinet, full height, non-insulated with removable heater assembly with wire rack with 3? slide spacing capacity. 17 (each) 18? by 26? pans. All aluminum with clear polycarbonate door. Quantity: 1 each. Item 003: Refrigerator, reach-in. Traulsen brand model number G100101. 115volt, 60 hertz, single phase with cord and plug. Single section, self-contained refrigerator system, aluminum exterior and interior. Stainless steel front doors. Standard depth cabinet. Hot water sanitation water rinse, Delime notification service diagnostics with 70-degree booster heater and pump capability. Quantity: 1 each. Item 006: Pitco brand Frialator model number PTC40S fryer with 40-pound capacity. Natural gas with 1 each Dormont brand gas connector kit model number 1675kit48 with coiled restraining device. Full port gas valve and 90 degree street elbow. Quantity: 1 each. Item 007: 72? round tables. Vicro brand model number 6172. 6100 series catergator table with molded plastic top and folding legs. Quantity: 4 each. All of the above items should be quoted as a ?Brand Name or Equal?. If quoting equal items they must meet or exceed the specifications listed by the manufacturers of each respected item. Installation of new appliances and removal from the building of old appliances must be included in your quote.
