- SYNOPSITATION FOR ON-SITE PEN TESTING TRAINING FA8601-05-T-0273 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for on-site pen testing training classes at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Due date for quotes, descriptive course information, reference information, and completed 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, is Tuesday, 11 Oct 05, 3:00 pm EST. Quote package should be submitted to 88 CONS/PKBB (Helen Williams), 1940 Allbrook Drive, Room 109, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433, or faxed to 937-656-1412, or e- mailed to Helen.Williams@wpafb.af.mil. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA8601-05-T-0273 is a Request for Quote (RFQ). No hard copies will be sent. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. Proposed acquisition is unrestricted, full and open competition. The associated North American Industrial Code (NAIC) is 611420, size standard is $6 Million. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated with 2 line items: 0001 for a one-week Certified Pen Testing Specialist course and 0002 for a one-week Certified Pen Testing Expert course. There will be six (6) students for the Specialist course and four (4) students for the Expert course. Course requirements are listed in the Statement of Work which is attached at www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil. Information, descriptive literature, etc. must be submitted in sufficient detail to allow evaluation to determine if your proposed courses meet the requirements of the Statement of Work. In addition, offerors must submit the names, company names, and phone numbers for at least two references. These references must have taken the courses being offered. Offerors must complete the fill-ins at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, which is attached at www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil. This document must be submitted with quote package. The following provisions apply to this acquisition and are incorporated: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ?
