Description
The 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Pinestar Technology Inc, 1007 East Jamestown Road, Jamestown, Pennsylvania for the following package: Item 0001: Nuclear Medicine Information System Software, 2 Nodes; Bar Code Reader and Software; Dymo Label Printer, software driver, 2 rolls of label paper, 1-day in-house training; includes maintenance and updates for one year. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F3Z4535259A100; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05 and Defense DCN 20050901. If two (2) or more responsible and technically acceptable small businesses respond, this acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside; if not, it will be unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210. The business size standard is $21,000,000. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7220. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7372. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. If there are other businesses that can provide an equal, they must respond to this notice prior to the close date of this solicitation. Offerors responding to this notice must provide proof that their equipment will meet or exceed the requirements stated in this solicitation. Information must be submitted in writing to the contracting office, and at a minimum include software brochures, company literature and documented validation demonstrating that their system can meet the Air Force requirements. Include a list of three organizations currently using the suggested equipment. If there are no responses received by the solicitation closing date, a sole source procurement with Pinestar Technology will be accomplished. Contractors are asked to submit their TAX ID number with their proposal. Quotes may be transmitted by e-mail or to FAX number (707) 424-2712. Quotes must be received at the 60th Contracting Squadron, LGCB flight, no later that 4:00 p.m. PST on 29 September 2005.
