- This synopsis/solicitation is hereby amended to reflect the correct "Brand Name or Equal" part number. The correct part number is TT3080A. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. AMC Contracting Flight intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. This is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 517310 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The solicitation number for this announcement is Request for Proposal (RFP) FA4452-05-Q-A574. This requirement is for a Thrane & Thrane TT3380A, with the following features: Antenna: Directional patch array antenna. Manually adjustable elevation setting. Voice: 4.8 Kbps AMBE, 64 kbps broadcast. Async: Data Rate; 2.4 kbps, 56 kbps and 64 kbps (ensure 64 kbps is enabled). Euro IDSN Interface: IDSN NT1 S/T bus, ITU-T 1.430, ISO 8877 compliant RJ 45 connector. Antenna Connector: 50W QLA. Standard AC Adapter: 90-264 VAC, 47-63 Hz, 65W. Ambient Temperature: -25?C to +55?C operating; -40?C to +80?C storage. Mechanical Shock: 20g/11ms half-sine. Antenna Cable: QLA/QLA male, max. cable loss 10 dB at 1.66 gHz, 0.7W at DC. Rx Frequency Band: 1525.0 ? 1559.0 MHz, Tx Frequency Band: 1626.5 ? 1660.6 MHz. Channel Spackig: 1.25 kHz. Information shall be provided in a format that reflects the price per item and a total price. Total cost shall include all shipping and handling. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
