Description

(a) A site visit will be conducted on _October 4, 2005 ____. Only one site visit shall be conducted. Potential offerors shall meet at the USAF Academy Pass and ID building at 1200HRS and shall board transportation for Mitchell Hall. (b) Offerors who plan to attend should contract Mike Slocum, Contract Specialist, at (719) 333-6081 no later than Noon, MDT, October 3, 2005. (c) Questions should be submitted in writing and may be faxed to (719) 333-9103 Attn: Mike Slocum or emailed to michael.slocum@usafa.af.mil three (3) calendar days prior to the site visit. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Questions pertaining to the solicitation received during the site visit shall be submitted in writing and be in sufficient detail to enable the Government to respond without requesting further clarification citing the specific page, section, and paragraph number of the solicitation. Remarks and explanation or answers to questions provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms of the solicitation. Unless the solicitation is amended in writing, it shall remain unchanged. Questions and answers will be compiled and posted on FedBizOpps.gov
