Description: The Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W) is soliciting information from qualified 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses on behalf of the Headquarters, Department of the Army, Operations Division, Force Protection, Antiterrorism Branch (AT). A Statement of Work (SOW) for support to (AT) is located on the DCC-W website at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil, click on services and open the document entitled, Sources Sought Army Antiterrorism Support,. Comments are requested on the specific requireme nts, performance standards, and incentives are welcome. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541618, the size standard is not to exceed $6,000,000. Contractor personnel are required to have a Top Secret security clearance an d be eligible to gain a clearance at the Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) level. Respondents are requested to submit a Capability Statement that clearly addresses your corporate capabilities. The capability statement is not to exceed 15 pages an d must provide a summary of relevant experience and knowledge that addresses the entire scope of the SOW. Key elements to consider in your submission are (a) technical approach must demonstrate the necessary skills, relevant experience, and capabilities t o successfully perform all tasks in the SOW; and (b) management approach must demonstrate the ability to provide qualified personnel in a timely manner, and a management plan for execution of all of the tasks in the SOW. The statement must include subst antive current and/or recent past performance references that identify the contract number, customer, contract value, type of contract, period of performance, prime or subcontract, brief description of services, Contracting Officers Representative (COR) n ame, COR email, and COR telephone. Request corporate information specifies the company name and address, corporate contact points, CAGE code and attach a copy of your current CCR data. Also, advise the Government of pending changes in 8(a) status. The c apability statements will be evaluated to determine if at least two(2) 8(a) businesses are capable of performing the SOW; however, respondents will not be notified of the results. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is 12 month base period, and 4 option years. All data received in response to this Sources Sought solicitation that is marked, as corporate proprietary will be fully protected from release outside the Government.
