Description: This is a Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Purchase Order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Kiamichi Technology Center, McAlester, OK 74501 for five weeks of Six Sigma Black Belt classroom instruction for 15 employee students of the M cAlester Army Ammunition Plant, OK. This is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to th is notice must be received no later than October 6, 2005. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurment.
