- The Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Jacksonville, FL has a requirement for the lease of commercial network service, path/interface to the Public Switch Telephone Network (PSTN), commencing 01 Oct 2005 through 30 Sep 2006. The intended source is BellSouth Inc. Services are being procured under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The solicitation will be made available to the public via posting on FedBizOpps. The anticipated release date is 26 Sep 2005. Only written or electronic responses to the solicitation will be accepted. The deadline for receipt of responses will be identified on the actual solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under FAR 13.5 Commercial Item Test Program.
