- 1st Marine Corps District (MCD) request tabletop display?s that are reusable and portable. The intent is to have a large center display area and two flanking display areas. The display area is to be made of black Velcro ready fabrics so that graphic artwork can be attached to the display area. (Display with center panel and two fold in side panel as one piece covered with black velcro, with a detachable arch on the center panel with the graphics. Also included with display are four attachable side velcro panels same size as the original side panels.) The Marine Corps will provide graphic artwork. Artwork will not be cut to size. The vendor will be required to reproduce artwork given on the detachable panels. 1st MCD requires the display to fold up and become portable in a carrying case that has a handle and is durable enough to withstand heavy use. Construction of the display has to be lightweight, and of a hard durable backing with black velcro attached. The case does not have to be waterproof. The dimensions are as follows (see attached drawing as well): Inside panel will be 2 - 11.875? wide by 23.75? high and be permanently hinged in the middle. Outside panel will be 11.875? wide by 24.125? high and be hinged to the inside and affixed to the inside panel when open. The outside panels can be removed and replaced so that a variety of outside panels can be used with the same inside panel. The outside panels do not have to be interchangeable; i.e., the one on the left side does not have to be able to also be used on the right side. Header will be 23.75? wide and be arched so that the center highest point is 7.5? and 5.25? at the sides. A complete display set up will consist of one (1) inside panel, two (2) outside panels, one (1) header and four (4) detachable sides (two left sides and two right sides and one detachable top arch for the center board). The detachable sides will attach to the outside panel. The dimensions will be provided in attached picture display. All artwork for the inside and outside panels will be provided and will need to be fitted by the contractor; however, graphics must be created for the header panel. This needs to match up with the graphics provided. 101 complete displays with carrying case. Please provide at a minimum, one-year warranty.
