Description: The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1. Line Item 1: Change the requirement for the c-fold paper towels from Towels shall not be made of recycled material to Towels shall have no more than 30% post consumer paper in the towels. 2. The Government is requesting the vendors quote FOB destination. 3. Extend the Closing Date to October 5, 2005.
