Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source contract to Fitch Information, Inc., for a subscription service for customized quarterly and fiscal year-end risk ratings for bank holding companies worldwide. The period of performance for this award is for a base year and four one-year options. Fitch Information, Inc. is the only known source that possesses the capability required by the SEC. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may be considered by the agency. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided.
