- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) is contemplating a firm fixed price contract from 12 months and 2 option periods for FY06 and FY 07 for monthly rental and maintenance of portable toilets. The contractor shall provide 28 portable toilets to the FLETC. Port-A-Lets shall be anchored so as to remain standing in all weather conditions and serviced a minimum of twice weekly. Port-A-Lets shall be in good conditions and maintained as such. Door latches shall be in perfect working conditions, vents must be clean at all times. Port-A-Lets must be clean with no visible dirt, dust, or graffiti them. Also an adequate supply of toilet paper to last between services must be supplied. Port-A-Lets shall be cleaned twice weekly. Cleaning shall include the entire unit, vents, floors, etc? The reference number for this announcement is LGL06P00031. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small businesses using the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 326191.The following FAR Clauses apply to the Synopsis/Solicitation and any subsequent award: 52.212-04 Contract Terms and Conditions ?
