Description: The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to issue under FAR part 12 a sole source purchase order to Solar Turbine Incorporated, 13105 Northwest Freeway, Suite 400, Houston TX 77040 for a one year maintenance service for two each solar gas turbine and ancillary equipment, Model # CTL001, Serial # TG97063 and TG97063 located at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB Base TX. The proposed contract action is for supplies as services for which the government intends to award to one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider any proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
