Description
The 12th Contracting Squadron at Randolph AFB intends to award a contract for an aerobatic aircraft demonstration to include two planes and a jet vehicle or any act comparable to the Masters of X-treme (MOX). Contractor will be expected to perform individual acts up to twice a day and the multi team act once a day. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This will be a 100% small business set aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being accepted and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3P3E25094A800 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. The NAICS code is 711510, and the size standard is $6M. The contract is for an aerobatic aircraft demonstration to include two planes and a jet vehicle or any act comparable to the Masters of X-treme (MOX). Award is anticipated on 7 Oct 2005.
