FIRM FIXED PRICE, SOLE SOURCE Solicitation #FA8103-05-R-0242 NSN: 1560-01-148-0538FL PART NUMBER: 65C18233-602 NOUN: KNEECAP FAIRING Application: KC-135 CLIN 0001 QTY 24 EACH Delivery: JUL 2006 The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Buy is for new manufactured material or new/unused government or commercial surplus verifiable by part number and manufacturer verification. Surplus must be free from corrosion and obvious defects. Surplus must be in original packaging and properly marked with correct Part Number -IAW Tech Services. Item is Rights Guarded. Solicitation will address process for being rights guard approved. UID applies to item. Engineering Data List: Available on Feted once solicitation is released. Destination: FB2039 Qualification Requirements do not apply. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Contractors must obtain a copy of the solicitation from the FedBizOpps website.
