Description

This project is restricted to 8(a) contractors in the States of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas. Three (3) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Requirement contracts are contemplated for award for a Not To Exceed amount of $50,000,000 e ach. The work to be contracted includes mobilization, all supervision, equipment, small hand tools, and designated materials to install the Government furnished reinforced polyethylene plastic sheeting (minimum 9 mil thickness) in 20' x 100' rolls, or any other available size. Sheeting will be provided by FEMA at designated locations for contractor pickup. The period of performance will be the date of awards through December 31, 2005. Mobilization shall commence within 12 hours of the receipt of the fir st task order, to install a minimum of 100 roofs per day toward a minimum of 500 roofs per day, after five (5) days. Full production target is 500 roofs per day. Roof installation will be a Lump Sum amount, with payment per Square Foot (SF). The solicit ation will be available through internet access only.
