- This notice is released to announce the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisiana Recovery Field Office (RFO), Baton Rouge, LA, intent to award multiple firm fixed price, best value contracts under full and open competition. The work consists of provi ding quality assurance personnel in support of roofing mission and debris removal and reduction mission in Louisiana Parishes affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. The Contractor shall provide an on-site project manager for every 50 quality assurance i nspectors (QAs) in each of the designated Louisiana parishes. Approximately 200 QAs for the roofing mission and 300 QAs for the debris removal mission will be needed, for all parishes, for approximately 365 calendar days. A minimum of 50 QAs per best value contract will be awarded. This solicitation will issue on or about 5 October 2005. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. NAICS Code: 561320 and 488490.
