Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W81K02-05-T-0207 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The NAICS code for this procurement is 339113 and the SIC code is 3842. The small business standard is 500. T he Pacific Regional Contracting Office at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii intends to award contract for the purchase of ten (10) each surgical tables, clark sockets, locks, standard accessory packages, patient restraint straps and one (1) each extender pad, trendelenburg strap, bariatric accessory package, bariatric cart accessory. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
