Description

Anticipated Issue Date: 9/29/2005. Item 0001: . Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, transportation and all other necessary items to perform weekly pick up and disposal of approximately 600 pounds of Fats and Bones annually, located at the Selfridge Commissary, MI. Evaluation of offers will me made weighing price and past performance equally. This Request for Quotation will be released on or about September 29, 2005. This Request for Quotation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Only written requests will be accepted, facsimile or email acceptable and must contain the following information: Solicitation number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database prior to award of any Purchase Order resulting from the Request for Quotation.
