Description

This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Group One, San Diego, Ca. intends to award aFirm Fixed Price contract to London Bridge Trading Company, LTD. 3509 Virginia Beach Blvd Virginia Beach, Va. 23452 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to procure LBT protective inner bags and submersiable middle and outer bags. This notice is not a request for offers. The anticipated date of award is 30 Sep 2005.Responses to this notice will be used to determine if a bona fide competition exsists. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical and pricing information. However the determination to compete or not compete this procurement action is soley the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received not later than Noon PST on 30 Sep 2005. No extensions will be granted The Government will not pay for any information submitted. Only electronic submissions will be accepted. No telephone responses will be accepted.
