Description

Description: Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Voice Products INC, 8555 East 32nd Street North, Wichita, KS 67226 for 2 Court IAB, 2 headsets and USB Foot Pedals, and 1 SHU-MX412 D/N Microphone. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because Voice Products INC is the only vendor that can meet the requirement for 2 Court IAB, 2 headsets and USB Foot Pedals, and 1 SHU-MX412 D/N Microphone.
