Description

Description: Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to BAE Systems, 11487 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, VA 20190 for SOCET SET software renewal of (500 UE, 501 UE, 502 UE, 503 UE, 504 UE, 505 UE, 506 UE, 507 UE, 511 UE). The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
