- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912PE-05-T-7101 is for Russian Language Course (Special Language Program). The RFQ is available online. Please access at: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm . The posted RFQ includes all line items; clauses and provisions (such as 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 to include addenda); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions apply to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-5 is a required clause, nevertheless, therein referenced clauses under FAR Part 22 do not apply overseas. Quotations to include technical proposals are being requested in response. Evaluation of responses to the RFQ will be made using Best-Value Trade-Off Procedures.
