- Description: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 1,780 net rentable square feel of office space which will produce approximately 1,550 BOMA usable square feet for the Internal Revenue Service with parking available for customers. Location: The space must be located within the Farmington city limits. Term: The space is required for 10 years with the Government having the right to terminate after 5 years of occupancy. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than October 10, 2005 and should include the following information: Street Address and Building Name, If applicable; square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; Evidence of authority to represent the owner. Authorized Contacts: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of federal agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
