Description

THE GOVERNMENT REQUIRES APPROXIMATELY 20,000 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE SPACE: The U.S. Govt presently occupies 20,874 RSF of office and warehouse space in a lease that expires in the Spring of 2006. The lease contains a three year renewal option. Relocation will be considered if the economics involved and other factors are supportive. The cost of moving, alterations, current lease liabilities, occupant agency mission, among other items, will be considered when deciding whether or not to relocate. The delineated area is Northborough MA and surrounding area. The term is for three years. Interested parties must submit a written expression of interest by Oct 14, 2005, to : Ms Jane C.
