- Solicitation Number, SP0406-05-R-1874, RE050460060000, consists of (1) NSN 6850-01-474-2320, Cleaning Compound, Solvent. QPL (Qualified Products List) applies. In accordance with Spec NR Mil-Prf-680A, Basic Dtd 07/25/03, Amend NR 1 Dtd 08/08/03, Type Number Type III. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 010 applies. Requested delivery is 45 days ARO. This is a commercial item. This is solicited as Unrestricted, and will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract, with one base year plus four option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 100(base year), 80(option years). The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 20 for the base year only. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Stock delivery going to (SNG) New Cumberland, PA depot and (AQ5) Tracy, CA. MSDS and Hazardous Warning Label are required. Surge and Sustainment are not required. The solicitation will contain Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Provision clause. The solicitation will issue on – May 9, 2005 – with a closing date of June 9, 2005.
