- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is looking to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Requirements type contract for a base plus two option periods our VA Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. This solicitation includes that the contractor furnish all the necessary personnel, supervision, material, equipment and all incidentals necessary to perform inspection, testing, and laboratory services during the construction of the ?Consolidation and Modernization of Inpatient Space? Project at Jesse Brown VAMC, 820 South Damen Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60612. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED with a cost range between $100,000 to $500,000. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541380 with a Small Business Size Standard of $6.0 million. Solicitation is available for immediate download at https://www.bos.oamm.va.gov.
