Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to issue a sole source award to Delande Supply Co. Inc.,under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for a quanity of (8) eight each 3KVA UPS units, which accommodate the HSL's and which is proprietary to the vendor. This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of Commerical Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The resulting contract will be firm fixed-price. NAICS Code 335999 and Business Size of $12.0M applies. This sysnopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competititve offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirements are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
