Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 7,035 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 6,117 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date is September 1, 2006, or sooner, if possible. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Bounded North: Route 712; EAST: Inter Coastal Water Way; South: Route 612; West: Interstate 95. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 25 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate parking consisting of 8 secured parking spaces on site and patron parking as required by code on site. The agency cannot be housed near Child Care, Public Defenders, churches, schools, retirement communities, golf courses, residences, etc. First floor and top floor space is not acceptable unless approved by the Contracting Officer.
