It is the Government's intent to award the contract to Eastman Kodak Company because they are the manufacturer of the equipment; however, other bids will be considered provided that the bidder provides certification that they are trained to service the equipment, can obtain the necessary repair parts, and that they are an authorized dealer for Eastman Kodak.
