Description: Establishment of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to acquire Contract Hearing Reporters who will provide verbatim hearing recordings for the Office of Hearing and Appeals. There are multiple locations throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. The period of performance will be for one year from date of BPA issuance and one additional year upon receiving written notice from the Government. RFQ to be issued o/a 10/04/2005. Request for the package must be received in writing. Telephone requests will not be honored. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. All responsible sources are invited to submit a quotation, which will be considered. All offerors must be CCR Registered
