Description

DISA/DITCO intends to issue a sole source contract to Phoenix Software International, 5200 West Century Blvd., Suite 800, Los Angeles, CA 90045. This acquisition is for the renewal of software maintenance for Falcon Plus for SSO Mechanicsburg. The software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 1 Oct 05 through 30 Sep 06. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 11 October 2005 via the following address: tamara.norrenberns@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 334611 for this procurement.*****
