- *****Correction***** This solicitation will be posted to https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil in lieu of the Procurement Gateway website.***** Solicitation for NSN 1620-00-871-8694, 0011627864, Cylinder, Actuator, Aft Landing Gear, IAW Boeing Helicopter Co., Dwg 114L2420, Rev J dtd 10 Feb 70 & Amcom PP Rev G dtd 06/26/02, SS114L2420 Rev Basic. This is a critical application item. Configuration Control applies. An export control TDP exists for this NSN. TDP will only be released to export control certified requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP requests via the following website: https://dbi.dscc.dla.mil. This NSN contains one or more components which must meet QPL/QML specifications. By submitting an offer, the offeror agrees to provide QPL/QML components only from sources qualified on the applicable QPL(s)/QML(s). Delivery is 219 days ARO. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Sampling for Inspection & Testing shall be IAW ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003. Any alternate plan must be approved by the PCO. Quantity is 330 EA to W62G2T Tracy, CA 95304-5000. Small Business Set-Aside. This is not considered a commercial item. This final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue around 18 October 2005. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
