Description

561720 FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES at the NF/SGVHS, Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Lecanto, Florida is soliciting proposals for janitorial services that requires the Contractor to furnish all supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain a medical facility of approximately 10,000 square feet maintained on one floor. The Clinic consists of 12 exam rooms, 27 bathrooms, with a patient work load of 200+ patients daily. All work will be completed after 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. These services are required beginning November 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, with four, one-year options for renewal. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the commercial item format in FAR 12.303. All offers to this request (573-058-06) must be returned in hard copy by close of business October 21, 2005, no faxes accepted. No telephone requests will be accepted.
