Description
NAVSEA PMS 403 has established a Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Integrated Product Team (IPT) in support of the Mission Reconfigurable Undersea Unmanned Vehicle System (MRUUVS) and other PMS 403 programs. You are cordially invited to attend the first PBL IPT on 13 October 2005 in Washington DC. The meeting will be at 1100 New Jersey Avenue, Suite 200 and begin at 0830 (see attached agenda). Directions to the facility can be found at http://www.anteon.com/company/locations/company_locations_dc.htm. Please note that the meeting will be unclassified, so security clearances are not required. A draft PBL IPT charter is also attached. The purpose of this meeting is to 1) establish the PBL IPT and meet the members, 2) learn about the MRUUVS program and the logistics planning in place including the PBL Business Case Analysis, 3) review and approve the PBL IPT charter and submit for signature, and 4) discuss and modify the list of supportability requirements with the warfighter to assure PBL goals are in-line with Fleet requirements. Please come prepared by completing the entrance criteria helping us make this meeting as productive as possible. ENTRANCE CRITERIA Read the MRUUVS PBL IPT Charter and come prepared with comments/suggested changes Review the draft supportability requirements and come prepared with comments/changes (to be provided to you by 6 October 2005) EXIT CRITERIA An approved PBL IPT Charter ready for signature Reviewed draft supportability requirements with specific recommendations on improvements and changes Specific action items to be tracked Date for second PBL IPT We look forward to working with you on the MRUUVS PBL IPT!
