- The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Contract Management Office (CMO) intends to award a sole source cost plus fixed fee contract to Northrop Grumman using FAR Part 6.302.1, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source. This effort shall be awarded as a follow-on to Contract No. HR0011-04-C-0095. The subject effort is to provide system level configuration, design and performance analysis associated with Integrated System is Structure (ISIS) concepts and technology. Northrop Grumman conducted a feasibility study during Phase I of the ISIS Program and acquired unique insight into the potential hurdles and vulnerabilities of the system. Because of this experience Northrop Grumman is uniquely qualified to perform on ISIS Program Phase II. The estimated value of this effort is $1,969,279. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting CMO?s requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 45 calendar days of the date of this announcement may be considered. Responses to posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
