- Description
- Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work complete in place, as shown on the drawings, specified herein, or as needed to Construct Airborne Red Horse Facility, including but not limited to concrete slab, pre-engineered building frame, exterior block veneer walls, fire rated gypsum board, interior finishes, and metal roof. Site clearing, site preparation, utilities, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other incidental work as necessary to make the facility operational. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. A site visit will be scheduled approximately 15 days from the solicitation issue date. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://www.eps.gov. When the solicitation is posted, it can be viewed by going to the EPS web site, EPS for Vendors, USAF Offices, Air Force Special Operations Command-Locations, 16th Contracting Squadron. No hard copies of specifications or drawings will be provided. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-MAY-2005).
