Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Architect of the Capitol is soliciting proposals for the design and installation of a complete fire pump system in the Hart Senate Office Building, Washington, DC. Award will be made based on lowest price. The solicitation will be available in hard copy or electronically on or by August 23, 2005. Requests for hard copies must be made to Nichele C. Robinson, Contract Specialist via fax to (202) 225-3221 or email at nrobinson@aoc.gov. This solicitation will be available electronically at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm on the date of issuance. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO DOWNLOAD THE ELECTRONIC VERSION, AS THIS WILL EXPEDITE RECEIPT OF THE SOLICITATION. The tentative date scheduled for receipt of proposals is September 13, 2005. A site visit/pre-proposal conference is tentatively scheduled to be held on September 1, 2005 at 10:30am. The solicitation will contain specific details regarding this conference. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED ON AN “UNRESTRICTED BASIS” INVITING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
