Description

Work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation, including fuel, power and water, to perform all work in strict accordance with the terms and conditions outline in Pine Bluff Arsenals Sco pe of Work for HVAC and Over-Pressurization System Maintenance Services for Collocated Facilities. The work will include, but not limited to: Preventative and Emergency Maintenance Services, Repair Services to include the procurement or rental of equipmen t necessary to perform all required services. F.O.B. Destination  Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas 71602-9500, to be issued o/a 5/10/05 closing date o/a 6/10/05. This acquisition is being issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Progra m, NAICS CODE 238220/12.0M. Any contract awarded as a result of this Solicitation W911RP-05 R-0024 will be a firm fixed price contract.
