Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. C-E LCMC Acquisition Center intends to enter into a sole source award with J. Spargo & Associates for MILCOM 2005 Conference for registration fees for approximately 250 attendees at an estimated cost of $250,000. J. Spargo is the designated contractor to collect such fees for AFCEA MILCOM 2005. Conference with be held at Atlantic City Convention Center, Atlantic City, New Jersey.
