Description

PORTER AND LAKE COUNTIES, INDIANA All designated roadways shall be removed from within Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore boundaries. A roadway, as used in this clause, means all roads, streets, drives, lanes, and tracks commonly used for ingress and egreess to former residential sites. Removal projects will include all road shoulders, slabs (including asphalt or concrete slabs used as pull-overs on or near any road that falls within park boundaries), curbs, sidewalks, driveways (concrete and asphalt), trash and debris, fences, and any other material that is not of a natural setting.
