Description
One (1) EACH SMALL BATCH PAINT DISPENSE SYSTEM (electronic batch dispense units, workbench, and feed systems) shall be installed in a government Paint Issue Room. All equipment shall meet the requirements for an NFPA 70 Class I Division I location. Each component shall be securely bolted to the floor and walls as applicable. The SMALL BATCH PAINT DISPENSE SYSTEM and all associated equipment shall be assembled, installed, set-up and tested by the contractor in the area(s) designated as its functional work area by the receiving activity . The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary for the complete installation and set-up of the proposed system. ON-SITE PERSONNEL TRAINING. One (1) EACH PORTABLE SMALL BATCH PAINT DISPENSE SYSTEM (electronic batch dispense unit, workbench, and feed systems) shall be installed in a government Hazardous Material Storage Locker. All equipment shall meet the requirements for an NFPA 70 Class I Division I location. Each component shall be securely bolted to the floor and walls as applicable. The PORTABLE SMALL BATCH PAINT DISPENSE SYSTEM and all associated equipment shall be assembled, installed, set-up and tested by the contractor in the area(s) designated as its functional work area by the receiving activity . The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary for the complete installation and set-up of the proposed system. ON-SITE PERSONNEL TRAINING. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE SOLICITATION. Delivery by 12/01/05FOB Destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA 98314"THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES THAT FINAL NEGOTIATED PRICING WILL BE THROUGH A REVERSE AUCTION". All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS.This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments.
