- Solicitation No: SP0406-06-R-0254, NSNs: 6850-01-493-1749. Estimated annual quantity is 1,000 drums. Solicitation will be for one base year plus four option years, This solicitation is a unrestricted, Other than Full and Open, Commercial Product with QAP 251, ABVS applies. There is no surge requirement. Quantity variance is plus or minus 5%. This is a ?3Z? procurement. The Government's required delivery schedule for this is 30 DARO for Stock. Stock Location is SRG Richmond, VA. FOB Destination (stock locations), Inspection/Acceptance will be at Destination. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
