Description: The VA Connecticut Healthcare System has a requirement for testing of boiler water. This will be a service contract, that would run from the first year (starting on or about November 1, 2005) and with four additional (optional) years. There is available a four-page description of the boiler locations and other technical data, useful to the bidder in putting together your pricing for the first year and the next four option years.
